Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within South Africa, depending on the delivery location and courier availability. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date because we use third-party couriers. However, if you need delivery around a special date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Click that link to see real-time updates on your parcel’s delivery status.

Deliveries are generally processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Weekend deliveries are not guaranteed, but may happen depending on the courier. Please check your tracking updates for the most recent delivery information.

If you choose local pick up, you can collect your order from our location once it’s ready. We will notify you by email or phone when collection is available.

Yes — in addition to credit/debit cards via PayFast, you can pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please use the banking details provided at checkout and email your proof of payment so we can confirm and process your order.
